This week we would to present a (lyric) video of a band from Napoli, Italy: Sowing Storms of Jumpscare
The band was founded in November 2015 by the drummer Graziano with his brother Salvatore Andrea (on bass) and his longtime friends Vincenzo (on guitar) and Lorenzo (on vocals).
After only 6 months,in april 2016, the band enters in studio for recording its first demo: “Three Marks Of Dreams” recorded and mixed at B-Side Music Recording Studio (Salerno,Italy). In June 2016 the band signed with the label B-SIDE Music.”Three Marks Of Dreams” was out on 29th september 2016 via B-SIDE Music and distribuited worldwide by Belive Digital Music.
“Three Marks Of Dreams” was classified bestseller for Amazon Music Italy in October 2016. The band also started a collaboration with the electonic composer BORMANUS (founder of Betulla Records) and with the neo-folk composer T.Southgate (HERR,Seelenlicht,Von Thronstahl,Death in June and many others) for the unreleased intro track called “Chthonic Dreams”.
Between the end of 2016 and the first months of 2017 the band was involed in the composition of thier forthcoming release,in March 2017 the band enters again in studio for recording its first offical Ep called “Sowing Storms” mixed at Cluster Studio (Naples,Italy) by Stefano Formato and mastered by Steve Corrao of SAGE AUDIO (Nashville,Tennessee,United States).
In June Jumpscare enters officially in the roster of Volcano Records and Promotion(Teodasia,D with Us,Hangarvain,DGM,Fall Has Come) and they released their latest work : Sowing Storms.
At the end of May 2017 Andrea joined as the second guitarist of the band.Jumpscare played across Campania and Italy during the 2016/17 and also they were openers for bands and artists like Dreamshade (Artery Recordings), Edu Falaschi (Angra,Almah), Giacomo Voli (Rhapsody Of Fire), Secret Sphere (Frontiers Music), Arthemis, Despite Exile, Teodasia, The Shiver and many more and they joined underground festival as Volcano Rock Fest at LEGEND CLUB(Milan) and RoMetal Festival (Rome).
